Infrastructure
The
industrial plant is situated in the General Las Heras Industrial
Park, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is equipped with state-of-the-art
technology for processing of raw materials, fermentation, and
post-fermentation. This fact is of key importance in order to
assure a strict and complete quality control of each and every
stage of the process.

Reactors
(fermentators) whose output volume is around 6,000 liters
were specifically designed, to be adapted to the microorganisms
to be fermented. The system
enables us to monitor and control automatically the main
variables for an optimum fermentation such as: ph, temperature,
diluted oxygen, etc. Their design, together with the development
of an special way of cultivation, makes it possible to
obtain a pure medium with very high concentrations of
Rhizobium, Bradyrhizobium or other microorganisms to be
multiplied (bacteria, yeasts, and fungus).

The
company has its own source of Sphagnum peat moss, located in
Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. The row material is transported
by track to the factory where it is processed and sterilized.
